For those who have had either fat repositioning or fat removal, do you feel like the surgery was effective, or did it seem like there wasn’t much effect even after getting it? ㅠㅠ Because of the fat under my eyes, it looks like I have dark circles, so I want to get fat repositioning or fat removal. I’m asking because I’m curious whether I should do both or if just one would be enough... ㅠㅠㅠ And please recommend places that are good at under-eye surgery too. I’m thinking of going to Noㅅㅎ or Saeㄱ, but I want to see more reviews..
