Petit Procedure Reviews@petit-review

Don’t pay for a dermatology membership lightly, seriously. It’s stressing me out like crazy

I went for a hair-removal consultation the afternoon before last on the 27th, and they sold me on a 3 million won membership, so I paid for it.

When I hesitated, they said there was nowhere else that would add this much credit, and kept strongly pushing me to pay while showing me images of credits from other dermatology clinics.

The next day, because of a housing issue, well, that’s a personal matter, I had to get a refund for personal reasons, so I requested one.

Manager: A refund is possible, but they’ll deduct the procedure I received at the regular price & a 10% penalty on the 3 million won membership, and refund the rest.

It was literally my first time going there yesterday, so if I had paid for the procedure, it would have been 300,000-400,000 won, but calculated that way it was over 1 million won lolol They told me as much as possible not to refund because it would be a waste, to cancel the card payment and do it again, and to proceed that way.

The Consumer Agency said that if I pay the amount I used and a 10% penalty on the total amount of procedures received, a refund is possible.

The consent form also says that B** Clinic complies with the compensation regulations of the Korea Consumer Agency.

It says the amount corresponding to the number of treatments up to the cancellation date plus a 10% penalty on the total treatment cost.

So why does this become 10% of 3 million won??

When I argued, they said there’s no problem because they wrote 300/30 as the regular price.

When I asked whether the hospital’s rules are above the Korea Consumer Agency’s rules, they said even if I file with the Consumer Agency, it won’t be of any use, and if I want to inquire, go ahead.

They printed and gave me the membership consent form.

As expected from a factory-style clinic, there’s no such thing as consultation with the director. After consulting with the manager, washing my face, and lying down in the laser room, they put glasses on me for the laser, then someone came and did the laser. I didn’t even see the face and there was no consultation, so how would I know who did it??

When I asked them to calculate the refund amount, the website says laser + 1 management session is a certain price. Then doesn’t that mean 1 management session is included in the laser??

But they said it goes in as a service, so I have to pay for 1 management session too.

Among the items, there was a modeling pack for 50,000 won. But I said I never received a modeling pack and asked if it was the sheet mask they gave me when I went home, and they said yes;;; A 50,000 won sheet mask, legendary. Was there gold in it??

I didn’t use it, so I said I’d just return it.

It’s not like I said I won’t pay for what I received and just asked them to refund everything. If I buy discounted clothes and return them, do I have to pay more money based on the regular price???

They said they don’t care if I file with the Consumer Agency, so I’m going to try everything I can.

Right now I’ve filed complaints with the National Police Agency, the National Court Administration, the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, the Korea Consumer Agency, the Fair Trade Commission, and Busanjin-gu Office.

I looked through blogs and this community, and there are a lot of victims like me. I should’ve looked up reviews beforehand lol On places like Naver Place and KakaoMap, they got all the bad reviews suspended. I can keep going, so I will.

Be really careful when deciding to pay for a B** membership in Seomyeon!! Please cheer me on ㅜㅜ lol
