After having surgery here, my under-eye aegyo-sal was completely flattened. It did not just disappear; it became sunken in, so it looked extremely strange. And they said it was fat repositioning, but they removed fat. There was no explanation about this either.
I did it after hearing that the aegyo-sal would become even more pronounced, but instead it disappeared. When I complained, the clinic argued back, asking why the aegyo-sal disappearing was a side effect.
