Accessory Breast and Arm Liposuction Review, 1 Month Post-Op: Trying for Straight Arms With No Editing (Arm Lipo…

Before before after after after after after after I’d always been concerned because the fat on my upper arms didn’t come off easily. I tried exercising too, but my arm line didn’t improve much, so I finally made up my mind and decided on liposuction..! On day 1 after surgery, the swelling was severe, so even my fingers were really swollen.

Since it was accessory breast + arm liposuction, I was worried the pain would be bad, but after resting well over the weekend, my condition wasn’t bad enough that I could go straight back to work on Monday.

From week 2 after surgery, the bruising on my arms had faded and was hard to see, and I only had yellow bruising around the chest area. Since it was a part that would be covered by clothes anyway, I don’t think I felt much discomfort in daily life.

Because I did cardio for 30-50 minutes every day, the major swelling all went down within 3 weeks, and I had no trouble using my arms. People around me also asked a lot if I had lost weight. Even though some minor swelling remains, it was fascinating to see such a clear change in the line lol

I went to the clinic every week for aftercare, and with prescribed medication helping with weight loss too, I think the effect was maximized even more!!

I also cut my carbohydrate intake in half and greatly reduced my sodium intake. To avoid swelling, I cut back a lot on salty and stimulating foods. My routine used to be exercising after meals, but changing it to exercising after eating also seems to have helped a lot with weight loss. When I did it only with the knowledge I had on my own, I had a severe plateau, but getting help from a professional really was different. The weight keeps coming off steadily ㅜ I’m moved…

My weight was 64.4 before liposuction -> currently 60.2, and my arm circumference decreased from 30.4 to 25.5! It’s still only been one month, so I’ll keep receiving the remaining aftercare consistently and try to lose more until I reach my goal weight.
