Before/after after after I had surgery with Dr. Kim Jin-tae at JT Plastic Surgery!
I didn’t originally have a major complex about my eyes, and like other people with monolids, I just periodically had thoughts like, “Should I get double eyelid surgery?” So it felt like I first went in for a consultation. That’s why I didn’t really have a specific line I wanted or any particular area I wanted to fix..!
Especially because double eyelids can look obvious right away if they’re done wrong, and they’re a part that affects your impression, I was still really debating whether or not to do it when I booked the consultation,
but out of the 6 places I consulted at, he designed the line the most carefully, and even though I didn’t have a line I wanted, he used tools to shape it one by one and explained in detail whether it would work or not, and what kind of feel it would have.
Even on the day of surgery, he smiled and asked me first if I was nervous, and I think the surgery itself was over within 15 minutes, but he spent almost 20 minutes just designing the line..
I originally had uneven double eyelid lines, so he said the line I wanted might be affected by that, and as worried, one side became an in-out line, so when I asked about it on my follow-up day, he immediately scheduled a revision date for me, and now both sides look the same and so natural!
Maybe because it was non-incisional natural adhesion, it seems relatively easy to change or undo the line in the early stage, and there’s no scar at all. It looks natural even up close, so I’m very, very satisfied..!!
I recommend him if you’re looking for a meticulous director who doesn’t push other procedures on you..!
