Donated rib cartilage was possible too, but I felt uneasy about it, so I wasn’t considering donated rib cartilage from the start After consulting with the director, I consulted with the consultant, and they showed me various before-and-after photos (mostly nose shapes similar to mine) and we looked together at styles that matched my taste lol I didn’t sense even a hint of upselling. They just checked once more exactly along the direction the director had mentioned and explained the cost. I think you can go for a consultation without feeling pressured
