Since I went for hair removal, I also got a Mark-Vu scan and a skin diagnosis. Bacterial acne, redness, enlarged pores, and a lot of sebum were visible. Because I have sensitive skin, they recommended a black peel, and because my skin is dark, I also added pico toning. For the black peel, they applied something that smelled like vinegar and I think I waited about 15 minutes? For pico toning, they shot the laser over my face, and it stung. For hair removal, I only did the philtrum and mustache area, but applying the hair-removal cream took longer. After everything was done, maybe because of the pico toning, my face felt itchy, and it gradually decreased until 2 days later. I think I’ll know after receiving more sessions.
