It was hard to book a consultation and I waited a long time to go in, so that made it a bit more disappointing, but I still asked almost everything I was curious about before leaving The manager made me feel comfortable, so the consultation felt like chatting. Maybe because it’s a popular place these days, there were quite a lot of people even though it was a weekday. Surgery wasn’t as backed up as consultations, so I made a reservation for now before leaving
