6 years ago, I had surgery with full-incision double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty + ptosis correction. Back then I was young (I had it during winter break in my second year of high school), so I just listened to a few friends around me who had done it, went to the same hospital for a consultation, and booked surgery right away. I didn't even think about looking into other hospitals, and since it was such a large and famous hospital, I thought that meant they would all be good. But I clearly asked them to make it an in-out line, yet the line was too thin, so it just felt like my original hidden double eyelid had gotten a bit thicker? So within 6 months, I got free aftercare and had the line corrected again, and I was living fairly satisfied. Until about 1 year after surgery? it wasn't like that, but the double eyelids gradually became uneven. Still, it wasn't very noticeable or a serious problem, so I lived thinking, well, how can human eyes be perfectly symmetrical? But the line kept getting thinner, and one side got completely covered like a hidden double eyelidㅜ So lately I'm looking into revision surgery.
