I got my nose done at Gangnam ㄷㅌㅁ 3 years ago for a very low price.. 1.09 million won..? They shaved down my hump and used silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I was only sedated at the beginning, and in the middle I couldn’t feel anything but I could hear sounds. I was briefly sedated, and I think they proceeded under local anesthesia..? They didn’t even put cotton in my nose, and it was really no big deal.. Other than thinking now that it may have been made slightly too high, I’m generally satisfied.
