The director doesn't seem like the unfriendly type, but rather a bit shy. They answer questions well. They suggested fat grafting for the bridge and also for subtle fat grafting on the nose, so I had a consultation and got the first round. Of course, it didn't meet my expectations, but it does have a slight lifting effect without spreading sideways or causing any other issues. I guess, as they explained, I'll need to do the second and third rounds too. They used sedation when taking the fat.
