I read reviews, and I saw that if surgery is done with a closed approach, recovery is fast, and improvement of a bulbous nose is possible, so I went for a consultation. Rather than going on and on with unnecessary details, they focused on the areas I was concerned about and clearly told me whether improvement was possible or not, which I actually liked. Also, the doctors have their own know-how, so even though I only heard the explanation verbally, they explained it in an easy-to-understand way, so communication was good too.
