Today is day 11 after my rhinoplasty.
I had surgery for a short nose, bulbous nose, and upturned nose.
I did not put silicone in the nasal bridge (implant-free),
and only raised the nasal tip using septal cartilage.
People usually say that if you put silicone in the nasal bridge, the distance between the eyes looks narrower, right? Maybe because I didn’t do that....
Or maybe because the nasal tip got higher, the skin on my upper eyelids is being pulled downward and toward the center of the nose, covering the inner corners of my eyes a bit.
The space between my eyes looks wide ㅠㅠ
There probably aren’t people like me, right..
It wasn’t originally extremely narrow either,
but it feels wider than before,
so my face from the front somehow looks dull and unfocused,
and I look stupid ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ A stuffy-looking face..
I already had epicanthoplasty in the past, so I don’t think I can do it again.
When I hold the nasal bridge area with my hand and slightly lift the skin at the inner corners of my eyes upward, it becomes tolerable.
Is there a surgery that pulls and lifts the skin at the inner corners of the eyes upward
like that? ㅠㅠ
I’m so upset ㅠㅠ I know it’s still too early, but my face isn’t especially swollen right now either,
so I wonder whether it will really improve with time, ha..
