I’ve been to consultations at quite a few places so far, and some places say my nasal bones aren’t wide, so osteotomy isn’t necessary, while others say they’re on the wider side, so osteotomy is definitely needed for my nose.. I know it’s a subjective judgment, but the opinions are split almost half and half I don’t know which choice is right
