First, the reason I decided on surgery was that compared with other areas, my upper arms were especially sturdy..? I’ll put it that way. Whenever I wore tight-fitting clothes, I would edit the photos, or more often I just didn’t wear them. I think quite a lot of people will relate. This is really a bigger stress than you’d think..ㅠ
Actually, since last year I kept only thinking, ah, I want liposuction, I want liposuction, and then I saw photos of my own arms from a summer trip and was pretty shocked, so I immediately booked a consultation! The hospital where I got liposuction was a place I found out about through a recommendation from an acquaintance, and during the consultation, the consultant showed me postoperative photos of people with a body type similar to mine and explained everything in so much detail that I had nothing more to ask, so I booked it right away for that Saturday.
On the day of surgery, I consulted with the director, and he drew the design? for how the surgery would be done. Before surgery, he asked if I had any last questions, so I just said, “Doctor, please do a good job...” and he said that goes without saying and that he would remove as much as possible in a pretty way, smiling as he said it. I had been scared and nervous, but hearing that helped me relax a littleㅋㅋㅋ Then I went into the operating room, heard that the anesthetic was going in, and suddenly the surgery was over..ㅎ
When I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room. After I finished the IV, they came in, put the compression garment on me, wrapped the bandages, and then I went home! Honestly, I was a bit scared, but after seeing the surgical result, fear 1 satisfaction 99,,, I really thought over and over, why didn’t I do this sooner? I didn’t know it was possible to make them able to be lifted before even a week had passed after surgery.. I’m really, really satisfiedㅎㅎ
Oh, and I do think I was the type to bruise a bit, but in about a month? a little under that, almost all of it disappeared!
