I had LASIK surgery at the end of January, and the price was 1.45 million won (it was about 500,000 won cheaper because it was a university partnership price)
Pros: you can go alone, have the surgery, take public transportation, and go home Cons: follow-up care
When I bought contact lenses, my prescription was -3.75, I had astigmatism, and my eyes were slightly uneven. My corrected visual acuity was 1.0. The problem is that recently, due to my own fault, I had trauma (nothing major, just slight corneal damage), so the vision in my right eye got worse. In short, my eyes became uneven. Looking at the surgery warranty, it said they provide regular checkups even after surgery, but that was only up to 3 months, and after that there is a fee.
Since the vision in my right eye had become uneven, I wanted it to improve again, and I was wondering whether this was okay or not,, and if it wasn’t okay, I was even thinking about paying out of pocket to improve my vision again. But the female director has the kind of attitude where she already has the answer decided, and she is careless and unfriendly. She keeps saying there is no problem with my eyes.. Both eyes are clearly uneven, and it feels like there is astigmatism in my right eye, but at the end of every sentence she says no, says there is no problem, and it was very obvious she found it bothersome. Personally, I wanted them to carefully check exactly what condition my eyes are in now, whether it is okay to live like this, and so on, but maybe because the female director thought I would ask her to redo my eye surgery, she just kept repeating the same things. She has a bad attitude and is unfriendly.
