The consultant and the director were kind I arrived earlier than my appointment time, so other than waiting until it was time, there was almost no waiting. As soon as I got there, they took front and side-view photos instead of a CT, then did the consultation while only looking at those photos. They said I could have the surgery with a closed approach, which other places had said wasn’t possible, so I think that’s when I started leaning toward them.
