My nasal bridge is on the higher side, but my nose line is slightly straight, so I went for a consultation because I wanted to raise only the nasal tip a little without an implant. The director strongly opposed it, saying my nasal bridge is already high enough and my nose is already pretty enough... They said that if I really felt I would die if they did not do it, and absolutely had to do it no matter what, then they would recommend raising only the nasal tip just very slightly. They asked whether it was really worth paying a lot of money for surgery just to raise it that little, and said the director would rather I did not do it. They told me to go home, think it over carefully one more time, and come back.
