This was the first place I went for a consultation, and the consultation with the director was really good. So I was tempted and even thought about booking here.. but the desk staff weren’t exactly unfriendly, there was just something that made me uncomfortable. I thought I might get stressed because of that later when asking about various things after surgery, so it was a place I simply passed on. Still, since they used a customized implant, I was very satisfied with the line and the director’s consultation.
