Thinned skin - supplemented with dermis Drooping nose - supplemented with donated costal cartilage
This is how it was explained to me at Saeㄱ, and I’m thinking of getting revision rhinoplasty there. If the dermis gets absorbed.. will it make me look a lot less attractive? I’m so worried about ending up with an avatar-like nose. When I went for the consultation and told the director everything I was worried about, he said that if there’s a problem, he would take another look himself. He maintained a kind of attitude like he would take responsibility. I also just liked his attitude.. and after looking at his experience, I made my decision, but since it’s a revision surgery, I wonder if it’s normal to go into it carrying at least a little anxiety.. If there’s anyone here who had surgery using dermis and it’s been a long time, I’d like to hear about it. What kinds of things should I be prepared to accept before getting the surgery..??
