Total waiting time was about 20 minutes? They took facial photos first before the consultation. It proceeded in the order of consultant > director > consultant. The director was kind of tsundere style..? He wasn’t very proactive in the consultation.. He photoshopped an epicanthoplasty reconstruction using my facial photo, but it was just about the level of reducing the inner corners of the eyes with a photo-editing app..? It wasn’t helpful. It felt like no matter what I said, he would operate in his own style? He tended to answer mainly the questions I asked because I was curious. For the nose, they said there was a possibility of using mesh cartilage, so I’m not planning to have surgery here.
