Before/after/before/before Hello, as of today, I’m just an ordinary not-so-pretty woman who is 1 year out from double-eyelid surgery!! I originally had double eyelids, but uneven eyes + sleepy-looking eyes were a complex for me, so I thought for a long time about whether or not to get double-eyelid surgery.. and now I feel like, why did I only do it now? I definitely think it was a good decision
First, the look I wanted was
- An in-out line - Not too noticeably different from my original eyes - Enough to show up well on screen - Naturalness was important - Ptosis correction - A direction with no visible scarring - Swelling - I dislike a stuffy-looking feeling - Celebrity Jang Wonyoung’s eyes before double-eyelid surgery
That was the direction I set, and after doing a lot of online research and visiting around 5-6 clinics in person, I had the procedure at AM Plastic Surgery
The reasons I decided to have the procedure here were 1. Among the places where I had consultations, it was the kindest and cleanest clinic
2. I prioritized looking for a clinic with little swelling that goes down quickly, and there were many places that met those conditions... but there were almost no clinics that transparently showed the process of swelling going down ㅠ But here, during the consultation, they showed me lots of reference materials and also showed me many eyes with a style similar to mine, so I really liked that
3. Most of all, the doctor is truly meticulous. When designing the double-eyelid line, he kept setting it to match my needs while making sure it wasn’t excessive
The doctor’s aesthetic goals and mine matched well, so I’m living satisfied with the surgical result
