They said consultation with the director was only available at 12 o’clock and had to be scheduled separately. They recommended incision + ptosis correction and also recommended under-eye fat repositioning, but there wasn’t any recommendation tailored to my eyes; it just felt kind of like that.

After the director consultation, the consultant was kind and said they would set the line so my eyes wouldn’t end up looking sausage-like. Hearing that made them seem trustworthy, and they explained everything very thoroughly.
