I got tired of gathering everything I had into padded bras, so I decided to have surgery.

-Choosing the clinic-
1. The phrase "27-minute breast augmentation" and the fact that it was a private clinic specializing in breasts I thought that if the surgery time was short, bruising, swelling, and pain would be less. (In reality, it took 39 minutes including accessory breast removal.)
2. It had to be a clinic good at axillary incisions. (I saw scar progress photos on the blog and thought, this is the place!)
3. No drain, no stitch removal, same-day discharge
4. They had Healite and Capsultis. (They were genuinely insanely effective for swelling and feel.)
5. Lifetime responsibility without a time limit for any possible postoperative side effects, such as capsular contracture or rupture
6. On the clinic blog, I could check the real change through before-and-after photos with absolutely no Photoshop retouching, bra wearing, or filters, and on YouTube I could also check detailed progress case by case.

From preoperative tests to consultation and surgery, everything was done as a one-day procedure on the same day.
Comparing implant feel before the consultation (personal opinion warning) Motiva and Sebbin Integrity both had a similar firm feel, but personally Sebbin Integrity felt a little firmer. Mentor Xtra had a really soft and squishy feel, which I liked so much.
Consultation -Implant choice- The inframammary fold under one breast was especially short, making the asymmetry stand out, so they recommended an implant with enough strength to lower and hold the fold. Before surgery, I vaguely went in thinking I should do Motiva, but because of the feel, I was debating Mentor Xtra. In the end, I decided on Motiva because they said Mentor implants can more often move inside the breast due to their slippery surface, causing bottoming out or lateral displacement, and in my case, since one inframammary fold needed to be lowered, the amount of movement could be even greater.
Because I wanted breasts with a narrow cleavage distance and a naturally spreading shape within a safe range, rather than a flashy, high-projecting look, I decided on the demi type.
-Size choice- Desired size: full C to D After trying on implants, I decided on 360 cc because I thought it looked the prettiest, but before anesthesia I changed my mind to one size bigger, 380 cc.
-Surgery- Since I was doing even the preoperative tests on the same day, I arrived at 10 a.m. and while waiting for the test results, I wasn't nervous at all and just kept worrying about the size. But when I entered the operating room, I suddenly got nervous and panicked about whether I should change the size. The consultation manager and head nurse held my hand and comforted me, saying I wouldn't regret the size. Before anesthesia started, I said, "Please tell them I want a UU shape," and fell asleep.
-After surgery- Unfortunately, I was half pain-free and half painful. Because the inframammary fold asymmetry was severe, the side where the fold was lowered a lot had severe pain, and because the pain was half-and-half like half fried and half seasoned chicken, I felt in one body, "Ah, this is painless, and ah, this is painful." The painless side really only felt heavy and had no pain at all. So I understand how people who got the pain-free side feel, and I also completely understand reviews from people who said it hurt a lot^^* Even so, when the doctor came after surgery, I was on a phone call with a friend^^* I was able to go to the pharmacy, get my medicine, and be discharged on my own without a guardian. I took a taxi home, and aside from having to hold my breasts when going over speed bumps and around corners, there was nothing uncomfortable. (Tolerable pain.)
-Days 2-5- Because I had accessory breast removal and needed the inframammary fold lowered, the swelling was no joke. My chest circumference swelled up to about 100 cm, and my abdomen and even my fingers were swollen. The bruising near the accessory breast area and the pain in my left breast (the side with severe inframammary fold asymmetry) were severe (burning, tingling pain). Especially because I didn't know what the pain pattern was like, I got worried and sent KakaoTalk messages and called, and after sending photos of the affected area, I received quick feedback. Fortunately, it wasn't a blood collection; it was pain caused by the skin and muscle stretching on the side where the fold was extended. The pain has greatly decreased now! Since the incision area was covered with Dermabond that doesn't require stitch removal, I took a simple shower on day 3 and could wash my hair with the showerhead fixed to the wall. They said sleeping lying down was possible, but I slept with several pillows behind my back and my upper body raised as high as possible. It wasn't as uncomfortable as I expected.
-One week after surgery- First follow-up visit after surgery day. I wrote down everything I had been curious about and asked the doctor, and they kindly and thoroughly explained the pain pattern and my current condition. Since my swelling had gone down relatively less than other people's, the upper band was extended by one week, and because my cleavage was a bit close, a cleavage spacer was added. Since I live far away, I wanted to receive aftercare as early as possible, so I received Healite and Capsultis care -> Definitely choose a clinic that has Capsultis! The tight feel really, seriously really!! softens noticeably.
As soon as it reached one week, I could feel my recovery speeding up. As the swelling slowly went down, I liked the shape and size more and more.
