I had it done 7 to 8 years ago, and the director is kind. But because of the nature of the augmentation, my mouth kept moving, so the silicone moved too and it was uncomfortable, and I developed inflammation, so I eventually had the silicone removed. When they removed it, they did it without any extra charge, and they were kind during the consultation too, so I thought the director was a good person.
