Before/after My original eyes were very small and looked stuffy, so in the past I only had incisional double eyelid surgery without any canthoplasty. Even after the swelling went down, the line kept gradually dropping, and I was stressed because it looked extremely thin and just as stuffy as before. Since my eyes had a clearly set line through an incision, I heard a lot that incision would probably be better for revision surgery too, so I searched mainly for hospitals said to be good at incisional revision surgery. I heard this place is known even among eye-specialty hospitals for difficult eyes, so I got the surgery there! I told them a lot that I disliked the stuffy-looking impression, so the director recommended doing revision surgery by incision together with an upper epicanthoplasty. So I had incisional eye revision surgery together with an upper epicanthoplasty. The funny thing is, during my first surgery, even though the line was made thinner, the swelling lasted much longer. After the revision here, from the time the stitches were removed, the swelling went down really fast!! My friend said you have to manage the early swelling for it to go down quickly, so I think doing the full set early on, swelling tea, swelling medicine, and walks, helped a lot. The way they stitched the line also feels much denser and cleaner than at the previous hospital, so even when I close my eyes, I can feel that it turned out much better now, which I love. My friends also said my eyes look much more open now and that I did well getting it done lol
