Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty for a nose I had operated on 7 years ago

I had my first surgery 7 years ago with silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, and about a month after surgery I had inflammation on the nasal bridge once. At the clinic where I had surgery, I took antibiotics and the inflammation went away, but.. Maybe that was why... At some point I started to feel like the nasal tip was gradually lifting a little.. Recently the inside of my nose hurt, so I went to the clinic where I had surgery, and they said it was contracture.. Maybe because it is a large hospital, the director who operated on me had already left and was no longer there.. To be honest, I do not want to have surgery there again, so I am now working hard to look for revision surgery clinics! I really hope this will be my last surgery, so I have already gone to consultations at 12 clinics, and I’m planning to go to one more this Friday and then decide.. But I’m still unsure about the clinic and material choiceㅠㅠ

Maybe because it is contracture, most of them recommend autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and for the nasal bridge they mention either autologous costal cartilage or dermis.. The pros and cons of each material are so clear that I’m tornㅠ
