Breast surgery day 2 review!

Height 159 / weight 53-54 / original 75B cup Sebbin Sub 70 type, 330cc on both sides  Breast pocket 12-13 / chest circumference 74-75 Subfascial / inframammary incision

Because I kept losing and gaining weight repeatedly, the breasts I used to like lost all the upper-breast volume and sagged a bit, so I decided to get surgery

What drew me to ㅋㅇ was that Director ㅈㅇㅎ has his own dissection technique, so there is no need to wear corrective underwear after surgery and while having the consultation, I thought he would be able to create the natural design I wanted, so I chose it

Originally I was thinking of Mentor, but here they recommended Sebbin more, and I liked the softer feel better too I excluded Motiva from the start because I did not like how overly firm and tight it felt

Before surgery, I thought a lot about whether to do dual plane or subfascial but here, based on the ultrasound exam results, they said with my skin thickness (was it 2.3 cm?) it was enough to do it, and in terms of postoperative recovery period, naturalness, and especially feel, subfascial would be better than dual plane, so that gave me trust (Most of the other places I consulted recommended dual plane no matter what, and said there was no need to do subfascial)

Even though it was subfascial, on the first day it hurt a lot right after surgery, then from 2 hours later it became okay I got one more painkiller shot and came home. At home I became totally okay. It was not completely painless, but maybe semi-painless? It suddenly got much better; The photo is from 10 hours after surgery. I liked it right afterward too, so I took a photo.. Since it is right after surgery, it feels big, but once the swelling goes down, I think it will come out exactly as much as I wanted.  I do not really have a waist, but with bigger breasts, by optical illusion it looks like I have one;;-.-;; There is no swelling going down to my abdomen, no bruising, and I asked them to make the inframammary incision as small as possible, and they really made it small, so I am so thankful.. I was worried the inframammary incision would show, but like in the photo, they made the incision exactly at the fold, so it does not show from the front at all I will come back after the swelling goes down!

Everyone planning to get surgery, I hope you shop around as much as possible (at least 3 places), choose a hospital famous for revision surgery, a board-certified specialist with over 10 years of experience specializing in breasts, not a factory-style place, and a place that gives detailed consultations and checks prognosis carefully, and I hope all your surgeries go well~^ㅅ^

Oh, and everyone who has already scheduled a surgery date.. Make sure you buy a donut cushion.. You have to sleep leaning back, and your tailbone really feels like it is going to burstㅜ
