I had revision surgery for epicanthoplasty several times, and there are a lot of different problems. I can’t get away from scar issues. When you get your first surgery, pay a lot and get it done at a good hospital. If it turns out horribly, it’s hard to reverse. It’s an area with surprisingly many side effects, such as raised scars, incisional scars, white scars, depressed scars, straight-line scars, and lacrimal caruncle exposure.
