The consultation was really, really good. (The reviews on Missy USA were really good.)
I wanted to get surgery quickly, so I put down a deposit during the week I had the consultation, but after paying it, I got scared and worried because there were too few reviews, so I requested cancellation the day after booking (3 days before the surgery date)
Like any other clinic, they could have argued over the deposit, but they simply refunded the entire deposit without a word. Even according to the rules, it wasn’t supposed to be a full refund, but they just returned the full amount.
I ended up putting the surgery on hold because the lack of reviews bothered me, but among the consultations I received, it felt the most sincere, and because of the deposit issue, my trust actually went up.
If I make up my mind, I think I might get it done here haha.
