Before-before-after-after-after-after 15 years ago, I had surgery with Gore-Sili + septal cartilage, but the visible nostrils and alar width didn’t improve at all. The silicone implant also went in as a long, straight line from between my brows, so my already long midface looked even longer. I barely took front-facing photos because of my nostrils.
So this time, when I had surgery, I had autologous costal cartilage septal reconstruction + nostril lowering + alar rim lifting, and because I hated the horizontal boundary line of the silicone showing through from my forehead, I also had a glabellar implant done.
I think the design came out the way I wanted. I wanted a straight, defined nose that wasn’t too narrow. As for the result, putting the shape aside, it’s so fascinating that my wide, square-shaped nostrils became longer ㅎㅁㅎ
And maybe because it was a revision surgery, I was obsessively worried about inflammation, but the consultant paid a lot of attention to the aftercare part, so I felt a bit more at ease.
Now that the nasal tip is definitely higher, I feel like my image has changed a bit~! When I had an upturned nose, no matter what clothes I wore, I looked a bit unsophisticated, but now that my nose is a bit more defined, I feel like I look somewhat more refined.
