Even though I arrived right on time for my appointment, there were so many people there (especially many Chinese patients), so I waited quite a long time before going in for the consultation. The director shaped the line for me, but it seemed like it didn’t suit my face at all, and it was different from the look I was aiming for, so I passed. Even though the director seemed busy, they were really kind.
