Nose surgery at an ENT clinic

Three years ago, I had functional nose surgery at an ENT clinic.. They said it would be covered by indemnity insurance, so I thought of it like rhinoplasty too. During the consultation, I told them the nose shape I wanted, but the doctor ignored what I said and told me to just trust him, that he would do a good job, speaking confidently and assertively. It was my first surgery, and I didn't know anything, and because he spoke so confidently, I just trusted him. That was my mistake. My personality isn't the type to speak very confidently either, and since it was my first surgery, I didn't know anything and just had the surgery. After the first surgery ended, when the anesthesia was half wearing off on the operating table, the doctor who had operated on me wasn't there, and someone else was touching my nose. It felt strange. And before a week had passed, in the morning I went into the bathroom to use it, and suddenly the splint on the right side of my nose popped off? Then suddenly the right side of my nose swelled up, and as if blood had burst inside, my nose kept swelling. I think it was day 5 or day 6. Suddenly my nose kept swelling like it was going to burst like a balloon, so without realizing it I poked inside my nose with a needle to try to drain the blood. After that, I rode an ambulance to the hospital and had urgent surgery. There are really many details, but the memory from that time is really scary and makes me tremble.. In the end, I had removal revision surgery on my nose again at Sㅇ Plastic Surgery. Ha.. Director Sㅇ, thank you so much …………
