I got the splint removed yesterday and cried all day..... One side of the nasal tip cartilage hasn’t come down and is protruding, so with the swelling and everything, my nose looks so crooked... When I asked after removing the splint why my nose was crooked, they said the silicone had settled well, and that it was because of the nasal tip.. The director said that when the nasal tip skin stretches, the protruding cartilage will come down... and that the crooked-looking part will also improve.. Mine was a revision surgery.. My previous nose was really severe. It was asymmetrical~ Back then, the alar cartilage on the opposite side was protruding a lot, and the nostril wing on the current problem side was pressed in... Could the director be right? When I woke up today and looked, the nasal tip (next to the nostril dot) looks pinched like that... Is the cartilage not coming down because of scar tissue... I’m wondering why it looks like that... I’m so depressed
