The consultations with the doctor and consultant were accurate and satisfying, but even though it was my first nose surgery and my nose did not have many problems, the quote was too expensive. 5.39 million won for a first nose surgery... donated rib cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage (donated rib cartilage seems to be their default). For the nasal bridge, donated dermis without silicone (other doctors simply said no implant and did not mention donated dermis, but here they told me I absolutely had to use donated dermis). If the quote had been 1 million won less, I still would have done it, so it is a shame.
