I prepared a lot of questions, and they answered them well. The consultation went in the order of consultant - director - consultant again! I trusted them more because the director is a board-certified plastic surgeon, and they said the style I want is the style the director is best at. The building was large and right in front of a big road, which was good, and the facilities felt open and spacious, which was also good. They also touched my nose while explaining things in detail.
