Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Which hospital would you choose?

First of all, one of my eyes has a sausage-like eyelid, and the other has come undone. I’ve had incisional ptosis correction.

1. They set the line extremely conservatively. They said that unless my eyelid line is very low, like an inner double eyelid, my eyes will inevitably become sausage eyes. The line they marked only shows slightly at the ends and is basically a true inner double eyelid. They said it seems like I would just need the line lowered with a double-line lowering technique. But they also said that unless I get a forehead lift, my eyes will inevitably look heavy no matter what.

2. They said I could lower the line to around 8 mm with a double-line lowering technique and do ptosis correction. Compared to No. 1, they marked it so the line would show a little more. They said the reason I need ptosis correction is that when I take photos with the rear camera, the line looks thicker, and that’s because of my original eye-opening strength, which they said can be improved.

Both are famous for revision eye surgery. No. 1 is a private clinic, but they marked the line so low that it’s almost invisible, so I’m conflicted. Still, that probably means the chance of failure is low, so I’m thinking about it. I like the line No. 2 marked, but it’s a large hospital, and the director at No. 1 said any line higher than that would become sausage-like again, so I’m conflicted.
