I went for a consultation about contouring and chin advancement. I have a small, pointed chin and a weak chin, but unlike other clinics, they didn't suggest T-osteotomy. They said my chin was too small for T-osteotomy to produce a good shape and recommended straight-line osteotomy instead. The doctor was kind and made a professional recommendation suited to my case, so I trusted them. In the end, I decided to have surgery at another clinic, but this seemed like one of the few genuinely ethical clinics with clean facilities that I could recommend to everyone, so I wanted to recommend it.
