I had an appointment, but waited about 30 minutes. There were many customers, and it felt like an assembly-line plastic surgery clinic. The doctor was kind and answered my questions well. However, the coordinator and the people at the desk chatted among themselves, and the explanations felt cursory and insincere. The only thing they told me first was the price; for everything else, they answered only when I asked. So my trust decreased.
