Is the short staff member at the desk the director’s niece? She’s unfriendly and glares. She feels like a middle schooler with a superiority complex playing the school bully toward patients, so a lot of people say in reviews that they feel uncomfortable, and it’s surprising she still works there. She doesn’t even look like someone who would work at a plastic surgery front desk.. On the day of my consultation, 4 hours beforehand they suddenly said the director had a schedule afterward and moved it 30 minutes earlier, so I had taken annual leave and rushed over even earlier. But then they said the director had gone into surgery, so I waited for a long time and in the end had my consultation 10 minutes later than my original time. But the funny thing is, even at my original consultation time…
