Before/after/before Today is day 9, and I went to get my stitches removed. It hurt when they removed the stitches at my sideburn area and inside my mouth. Ugh. I went in, had a CT scan, and talked with the director in the treatment room. It seemed like it was my CT image, but there were a lot of markings drawn on it, so I asked, “What is this?” They said it was the surgical design drawn on my CT image, and I was shocked. The reason I was shocked was that I had never, not at all, imagined that they designed it this meticulously and then performed the surgery. When consulting with facial contouring directors, they ask what kind of style you want to become, right? So I thought they either put up that photo or kept it in mind, opened up the face, simply reduced the bones smaller, and closed it back up. I thought, how different could people’s bones really be? But when I asked the director, they said everyone is different, so they design it like that before going in. Since the position and shape of the eyes, nose, and mouth are all different, surgery has to be done according to the proportions for higher satisfaction. But the fact that they studied my face and did it like that was kind of a touching point, I guess? Since it was my face before facial contouring, I wanted to keep it as a memory, so I got permission and took a photo. I only uploaded the cheekbone design. There were even more markings than that for the square jaw and front chin, but just looking at them gave me a headache, so I didn’t take photos. Even the cheekbone one is dizzying. Even when the surgery ended, I didn’t really feel much, but after getting the stitches removed, it feels like it’s finally starting to sink in a bit. I’ll probably get swelling anxiety soon too, right? I hope I get through it well... The director said the surgery went well, so I guess I should wait and see. Oh, at the clinic I did 3 facial contouring procedures plus jaw muscle reduction, and it was done under general anesthesia. They said they’ll show me the CCTV in 2 weeks on the day I come in for my first swelling care. I checked once more whether they really show the full recording, and they said this place has unlimited swelling laser, so I’m planning to come constantly lol I showed the director a photo of Go Youn-jung as what I wanted... I was a little embarrassed, but I showed it while pretending it was nothing lol End of review
