After<after>It’s been 3 months since I had cheekbone revision surgery with Director Kwon Jae-hyun at Soda Plastic Surgery, and I’m so satisfied! When I had surgery before, there was so little difference that people even said they felt sorry they couldn’t notice it, so this time I went into surgery with the mindset of really reducing just 1 mm... But women know, right?! How even just lightly touching up the cheekbone area in Photoshop makes the empty space on the face look much smaller, and that feeling of wanting to look exactly like that! That’s how much facial shape matters,,, and from day 3 after surgery, I felt like my cheekbones had just disappeared, so I really liked it! From day 1, I didn’t really have much bruising or swelling, and on days 2-3 the swelling just felt like I was puffy like a squirrel. They told me that because it was revision surgery, I could swell a lot, but eating wasn’t difficult for me either. I mostly ate soft porridge or rice mixed into soup, so I thought I would lose weight, but I actually ate even better,,, The swelling started going down right away from day 5, so I went back to daily life and worked. Of course, bending my head down was a little hard, but aside from that I could do everything, and after getting the stitches removed on day 7, I wore makeup too, and the swelling was almost all gone, so there wasn’t anything difficult!
First of all, after the revision surgery, should I say that the uniquely strong-looking impression disappeared? Honestly, my face shape wasn’t one with protruding cheekbones, and since my cheekbones had already been operated on, I didn’t have high expectations. I got it thinking I would just correct the asymmetry and really reduce just 1 mm, but overall the line became neater, and I heard the most that I looked like I had lost weight. I don’t know why, but I also hear people ask, “Did you get your forehead done?” Maybe my face looks more voluminous, and hearing that actually makes me feel good haha A lot of people say I look more feminine, and I like that it feels like I became prettier little by little.
When I went for hospital consultations, this was also the hospital where the director’s consultation was the longest, and he was the kindest. In particular, I went to several consultations about cheekbones, but this was the only place where the director mentioned asymmetry, and consultation points came up that other hospitals didn’t even bring up, so I trusted them more. The price was also reasonable compared with other hospitals, they were kinder than other hospitals, and the aftercare was good too! I mainly looked into cheekbone surgery, and I think I chose well with no regrets.
