First they took photos, then the consultation manager looked at my face in advance, organized the items I wanted, and passed them on to the doctor, but even during the consultation, she said two or three times that this had to be checked with the director before deciding. It seemed like it was just an organization step to make the director’s consultation faster, and not like the manager was deciding anything. Then I went in for the consultation with the director.
