Especially my inner thighs were stressful even before pregnancy, so I made up my mind to get surgery and went right away lol For reference, I gained over 20 kg during pregnancy because of cravings, and my thighs were at the level where they could be friends with an elephant^^..
Oh, I had 360-degree thigh liposuction, and the suction volume was 3000 cc;;
From the first day until the next morning, my thighs hurt more than muscle soreness, but it was bearable? But my right knee hurt?! I heard that because everyone’s body type is different, and some people with body imbalance can sometimes have knee pain, and that was me^^.. They say pain comes unevenly.. For me, only my right knee was like that~! I don’t think there was anything much on the back of my thighs until days 3-4, and now maybe because the bruising has spread, I feel it a little, but it doesn’t really hurt when I go to the bathroom or sit down!
I’m doing better than I expected in daily life, with no real disruption lol People even ask if it’s just my constitution! It’s only a little uncomfortable when I get up after sitting, and even that passes quickly, then walking is totally fine! The swelling isn’t too severe either, so I’m thinking of slowly starting aerobic exercise nowㅠㅠ So far, I’ve still been taking neighborhood walks for at least 30 minutes a day haha
For breakfast, just something simple like milk or cereal? For lunch, poke; for dinner, regular food, but I’m eating only about half my usual amount.. sob lol
I never want to go back to being a pig again ㅠㅠㅠ And since my lower body is slimming down, it’ll be hard for my upper body weight too! From now on, I’ll work hard on controlling how much I eat and keep doing aerobic exercise, and say goodbye to all the fat!!
