I first got familiar with the director's face through YouTube, decided on my questions, and went for a consultation. Maybe because the hospital hasn't been open long, it was very clean and my style. The consultation manager emphasized that the director places importance on safety. I was grateful because they answered my questions very well. It kind of made me think it over once more..? But I had surgery with a director who seemed to have more experience.
