I’m someone who had quite a bit of jaw muscle and a square-round face, so I really wanted to try jaw Botox at least once. From the consultation, the doctor said that since I had a lot of fat on my face, it would probably be hard to see much effect from jaw Botox. And as expected, I didn’t see a big effect.. I did wonder, did my jaw get a little smaller..? But it wasn’t a dramatic effect like other people had. For those with a lot of facial fat, please keep this in mind.. For reference, I don’t know if the injection was placed incorrectly into the muscle on one side, but I couldn’t smile on that side. The corner of my mouth wouldn’t lift well, so I think it took about 2 months? to come back
