I had surgery 8-9 years ago, and the shape is still maintained, so I’m living satisfied with it. After osteotomy for a hump nose, they brought the nasal bones together and supported the drooping nasal tip with septal cartilage. At the time, I knew nothing about plastic surgery, so they also recommended fat grafting and I ended up having it done together, and I was very satisfied. Since I think nasal function is important, I deliberately chose someone with an otolaryngology background, and I think that was a good decision. The nasal tip shape is also natural.
