I previously had my nose touched during rhinitis surgery, it went badly, so I had reconstructive surgery.
For over half a year, I visited so many plastic surgery clinics, doing both in-person consultations and online research, and found this hospital. It was a plastic surgery clinic that hadn’t been open long, so I was a bit doubtful, but I decided after having consultations 4 times. The director’s name is Kim Da-alm. As a man, I felt reluctant to leave a surgery review, but I was so satisfied with the surgical result that I wanted to spread the word, so I’m writing this post.
1. Consultation First of all, I trusted them because the consultation proceeded after taking CT images. The director explains everything in a really detailed and specific way and tries to accommodate the patient’s requests as much as possible. They absolutely do not pressure you, and try to match the materials and shape the patient wants. They also speak honestly if there is a part that seems like it will be difficult surgically. At other hospitals, there were many cases where they said things like, “It’s definitely possible. Let’s do it right away,” but Director Kim Da-alm said the tissue had not loosened enough yet and recommended taking time and doing the surgery slowly. And even if you visit several times and repeat the same question again and again, they answer very kindly. The other staff members are all kind without any rough edges.
2. Surgery Review I’m very satisfied because they operated exactly as I requested. Only autologous cartilage was used, but the nasal tip and nasal bridge were raised sufficiently. They reconstructed it to look similar to my original nose. I’m satisfied because it’s only a subtle side-profile upgrade, without looking too obvious or excessiveㅠ Since I’m a man, I did feel burdened by the idea of a rhinoplasty result that looked obvious. And maybe because the director is meticulous, there was almost no swelling, and the scar marks are fading quickly too.
3. Aftercare They are really kind. Usually hospitals’ attitudes are very different before and after surgery, but since this is a private clinic, the director personally checks everything carefully. They also listen to all requests.
