I had rhinoplasty with Director Kim Jinwoo at K-Plus.
Surgical materials: no implant (septal cartilage, ear cartilage), hump reduction
Complexes: -Hump nose (I had been getting by with filler over 3 sessions) -A nose that spread too weakly when I smiled -Nasal tip was too low ㅠㅠ -Nostrils felt too round and like a bulbous nose -Nose was crooked ㅠㅠ
Desired style: -To suit the harmony of my face!! Not something that only looks pretty if you look at the nose alone, but harmoniously pretty!! -Naturally sharp and defined! (Like, “That person’s nose is pretty, but did they get it done? Did they not? I’m not sure” — that feeling) -Round nasal tip! I hate Pinocchio noses -I hate pinched noses and outlet-shaped nostrils
If you look at my previous post, I wrote about going around for rhinoplasty consultations from the beginning of the year, and this is the clinic I chose after thinking that deeply about it haha
These days, it seems like everyone pursues noses that are too high, so I was looking for a clinic that would design the nose while considering facial harmony too!
Even during the consultation, I just brought in influencer nose photos, but they said, “You have a convex face shape, so this kind of nose would not suit you~” and analyzed my face like that and explained it well!! They also reflected my opinions as much as possible and told me I did not need unnecessary surgery.
Most of all, the clinic has a kind and warm atmosphere like a pediatric clinic. The director really feels like a pediatric doctor, and the front desk staff and treatment room nurses are all so kind. I lay on the operating table trembling like an aspen leaf, and I was so grateful that everyone reassured me and helped me relax. A warmth I had never felt at any other clinic.. ㅠㅠ Even when I had nasal packing in, I felt so uncomfortable and miserable, but everyone comforted me warmly, so I am very grateful.
+Aftercare Every time I go to the clinic to check my progress, Dr. Jinwoo carefully sees me one-on-one and answers any questions I have!! (I heard there are clinics that do not do that? I saw the director so often that I thought this was normal..) After surgery, they gave me pumpkin juice and a heat/cold pack, and every time I go, they do swelling laser treatment!!
+They also reply really quickly on the official KakaoTalk They explain the care method well, but once I get home I forget everything. Whenever that happens and I message them, they answer kindly. They even replied at 10 p.m.!! I had sent the question in advance because I thought I might forget the next day, but a reply suddenly came, so I was surprised and touched ㅠㅠ Honestly, during the recovery process after surgery, you feel really anxious. I think it is really good that there is no need to feel nervous and worry because you cannot get in touch.
+No waiting time!! When I made appointments at other clinics and went for procedures, in really severe cases I would wait over 1 hour, but here they called my name right away without any waiting time, saw me for treatment + progress checks, and I really loved that.
Most of all, I have no swelling, so I wondered if I just have the constitution for surgery, but I also wonder if there is no swelling because the director’s skill is so good. I am writing such a sincere review because the clinic itself is so warm and good!!
