1-year plastic surgery review after lowering the outer eye corners

I had it done in January last year, so it's been about 1 year and 4 months. My outer eye corners were always upturned, so I only looked into lowering the outer eye corners because I wanted a gentler look. I found out that Director Cha Ji-hoon was famous, and although I had consultations at several places, I felt this was the place and had the surgery. I'm still satisfied, and since it was done by incision, the corners don't go back up. The scars are barely visible too. Because I had lateral canthoplasty + outer eye corner lowering, my eyes also look a little more open and refreshing, and people at work didn't notice. I had 2 weeks of aftercare over the holiday period, and I was really extremely swollen. The whites of my eyes had completely turned bloody. There is redness for about a month. The downside is that maybe because the outer eye corners were lowered, my eyes are dry when I wake up in the morning. So I definitely have to put in artificial tears. But if I put them in just once in the morning, it's okay. I guess that can happen if you lower them too much. Please keep that in mind.
